Individual lessons are for people who want to improve on their own — whether after finishing a group course or starting completely from scratch. The whole lesson belongs to you: we tailor its content to what you consider important and where you need to grow.

How do the lessons work?

Live on Zoom
Lessons take place online via Zoom — one-on-one with the tutor, at a time we agree on.

You receive extra tasks on our platform or in Google Classroom, so you always know exactly what to work on.

You get targeted feedback on every task and we keep adapting the lesson plan to your progress.

Frequently asked questions
How much does an individual Slovak lesson cost?
A 60-minute lesson costs €25 and a 45-minute lesson €20. In the 5-lesson package a 60-minute lesson works out at €23, in the 10-lesson package at €22. The price includes preparing materials and tasks between lessons — no extra fees.
What levels are individual lessons for?
All levels from A1 to C1 — from complete beginners to advanced students. We teach general Slovak as well as individual ECL exam preparation. We'll find out your level together at a free introductory consultation.
How does online teaching work?
Lessons take place live on Zoom, one-on-one with the tutor. Between lessons you receive tasks on our platform or in Google Classroom, with targeted feedback on each one. All you need is a computer or phone with internet.
How do I pay?
After the introductory consultation we'll send you payment details — you pay in advance by bank transfer, per lesson or for a whole package. We're happy to issue an invoice.
What if I need to reschedule a lesson?
Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we'll move the lesson to another date free of charge. With later cancellations the lesson is forfeited — the time is reserved just for you.
How long is a lesson package valid?
The 5-lesson package is valid for 3 months and the 10-lesson package for 6 months from the first lesson. You set the pace yourself — most students take 1 or 2 lessons a week.
